If you have any food restrictions such as gluten intolerance, vegan, severe allergies etc. please text the bride at 623 986 4769 before RSVP deadline in order to make proper accommodations.
Due to the rising covid numbers and because our wedding is so close to the holidays (when people may be around many family members), we are requesting that everyone gets a covid test 5 to 2 days prior to the wedding (Dec 26-29). This is for the safety everyone both during the wedding and afterwards. We want a fun event for everyone without having to worry about getting sick.
Here are some options for testing areas but there are many more easily found online: -Embry Women's health is a great clinic that has some location with testing 24/7. Both the bride and groom have gotten tested at this location and the process took 15 minutes total and results were received within 48 hours. (https://embrywomenshealth.com/testing-blitz/) -Passport health has location in Tempe and Phoenix (https://www.passporthealthusa.com/covid-19-testing/) -Fast Med Urgent Care has a couple of walk in clinics in Mesa (https://www.fastmed.com/urgent-care-centers/arizona-walk-in-clinics/) - There is also an option for getting the test delivered to you, with instructions on how to perform it but it might be a costly option depending on your insurance carrier (https://www.pixel.labcorp.com/at-home-test-kits/covid-19-test)
Some other obvious but important guidelines to think about. Please reconsider attending if -you are experiencing fever, fatigue, a dry cough, loss of appetite, body aches or shortness of breath that are out of the ordinary for you within a week of the wedding date - if you were exposed to someone known to have covid , or the above symptoms, without a mask in close contact less than 5 days prior to taking your precautionary covid test.
In addition, we will be taking precautions during the wedding as well such as providing masks if desired by guests to wear, temperature checks upon entrance, hand sanitizer stations and increased space between seats during reception and ceremony.
We will not be offended in any way if guests have chosen not to attend for any reason, we understand these are strange and trying times. If you have any questions about the covid test or regarding safety you can text or call the bride at 623-986-4769.
Please RSVP by Saturday, December 12th. If you've RSVPed and are no longer able to attend, that is perfectly fine just let us know as soon as possible.
