FAQs

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

"This is an adults-only ceremony and reception with the exception of the children included in the entourage. We love your little ones! However, we respectfully request no kids on this occasion unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!"

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

"Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation and RSVP card. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!"

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

"We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding. Men in barong and women in floor length dress. Our color theme is pastels. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip-flops. We request that nobody wear the colors white, cream, champagne or ivory."

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

"The ceremony starts promptly at 1:30pm. Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins. Please keep in mind the traffic. Late guests at the church ceremony will be asked to wait until the bridal procession ends."

Question

If I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

"The area near the church and reception venue has an abundance of hotels and Airbnbs to choose from! Sonya's Garden is a Bed and Breakfast, there are rooms and villas available as well. See the "travel" tab at the top of the page for hotels within close distance of the venue."

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

"Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you."

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

"We kindly ask that you RSVP by TBD. Our venue and caterer has requested that we provide all RSVPs and meal choices in advance, so we truly appreciate your prompt response. After this date, we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us."

Question

Should we bring a gift?

Answer

"We appreciate you all and are not expecting anything in return for our wedding. If you choose to get us a gift, we appreciate cash gift either through g-cash or our BDO account that can be found in the "Gift" tab"

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

"No. The ceremony will be held in a church and the reception will be in a covered area with air cooling units."

Question

Can I make a personal announcement or gesture irrelevant to the wedding?

Answer

"Being our cherished guest, we would love to share in joy with you whatever momentous occasion you have in store, however this day is given to us by God. We would like to keep the focus on our celebration of love and union as a couple. Any personal announcements or gestures are prohibited. We hope you understand."

Question

Can I take pictures using my phone?

Answer

"Yes. QR codes are available through out the reception area that will enable you to upload your pictures for our viewing. We would love to see content from you. We only ask to be mindful of the photographer and videographer's view."

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

"Parking is available in both the church and reception venue. If you need transportation, please feel free to reach out to us."
