We're Getting Married!

It all began in the Winter of 2023, a brand new year full of resolutions, motivation, and personal goals. One cold evening after work, Patricia headed to the gym as part of her usual routine. Everything about the night seemed ordinary… until it wasn’t. As she walked up the entrance stairs of LA Fitness, ready for another workout, fate stepped in. Just as she reached for the door, someone appeared out of nowhere, Justin. With a quick smile, a sparkle in his eye, and all the confidence in the world, he said, “I’ll get that for you.” That small, simple gesture sparked everything. When the door opened and our eyes met for the very first time, something inside both of us shifted. Neither of us could quite explain it, but deep down, we both knew, something special that night had sparked between us. From that moment on, our paths kept crossing. Quick glances and shy smiles turned into conversations, laughter, and a connection that grew stronger each day. Justin brings warmth, strength, and laughter into Patricia’s life, while Patricia brings spontaneity, compassion, love and adventure into Justin’s. Being together felt natural, fun and familiar, and the more time we spent together, the more it felt like we had known each other forever. From late-night talks to trips across Greece, Portugal, and Montreal, we discovered how much we share a love for adventure, travel, and trying new things. Our greatest adventure yet came on September 1st, 2025, in Banff, Alberta, surrounded by mountains, Justin got down on one knee and Patricia said the happiest and easiest “yes!” of her life. We’ve learned that the real magic isn’t finding someone to grow old with, it’s finding someone to stay young with.
