What are the accommodation options?

Answer

Accommodations at Casale de' Pasquinelli are limited, with five houses with several rooms each available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will share pricing details soon. For those seeking nearby options, Tenuta San Pietro Hotel & Resort is just a five-minute walk from the venue. Additionally, there are rental houses within a 10-minute walk, as well as B&Bs and other rental options a short five-minute drive away. More details on these options and how to book will be shared soon.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

To ensure an intimate celebration, we’re only able to welcome the guests listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We appreciate your understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. While we adore all the children in our lives, we’ve decided to make this an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our flower girls.

Will there be any events before or after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome pizza party the evening before the wedding, and we’re planning an additional event the day after. Stay tuned for more details, which will be shared on the events page.

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal required, black tie optional dress code for our wedding day. Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories and creams. Additionally, we ask that lighter hues of pink be reserved for the wedding party.

Can I take photos & videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phone or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony and we do not want any phones in our photos. We will be happy to share photos once we receive our gallery.

What will the weather be like in Tuscany?

Answer

October in Tuscany is typically mild and beautiful, with daytime temperatures ranging from 60-70°F (16-21°C) and cooler evenings around 50-55°F (10-13°C). While the weather is generally pleasant, there is a chance of light rain, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl and an umbrella just in case. The fall colors and crisp air make it a wonderful time to enjoy the Tuscan countryside!

Since we’re having a destination wedding, please know that your presence is truly the best gift we could ask for, and we are not expecting anything more.
