DO I NEED TO PAY/BOOK FOR A SHUTTLE TO THE RESORT?

Answer

NO, the airport shuttle is included in the group rate. but make sure to add your flight details to your room registration so the resort can account you for pick up.

WILL I NEED MY PASSPORT?

Answer

Yes. We have guests flying in from the United States and Chile. For both parties please make sure to have your passports up to date.

WHAT'S THE DRESSCODE?

Answer

Beach Semi-Formal For the Men: It's going to be warm! Don't be stuck in a suit. Also, please pack covered shoes and collared shirts as the resort's restaurants have dress codes.

GOING UNPLUGGED?

Answer

Yep! We ask that you please put your devices away for the ceremony as it will be professionally captured. After the ceremony please take as many pictures as you want!

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Answer

May in Cancun can be pretty hot during the day. We will provide hand fans during the ceremony to help out until sunset! We will also have bug spray handy to help keep away any uninvited guests.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Pay as you go with Destination Weddings. This option allows you to make incremental payments at your own pace, with the final balance due by 2/14/2023
