FAQs

The Wedding Website of Patricia McLaren and Franklin Pinder
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by September 15th. If you are an overnight guest planning to stay on property, please confirm as soon as possible. Your timely response helps us finalize details with our venue and vendors, and ensures everything is planned with care. We truly appreciate it!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are arriving on Saturday for the wedding only, please arrive around 3:30pm in the courtyard. There is plenty of seating there to relax prior to heading over to the ceremony tree for the wedding beginning promptly at 4:00pm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! The 120-acre property is a wonderful place for kids to run around in the grass, enjoy nature, feed the animals, and so much more. If you are staying on site for the weekend and need specific sleeping arrangements for your children, please reach out to Frank and Patricia.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please make sure to include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP or let Frank and Patricia know directly. We will have gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options available throughout the weekend. If you are staying onsite, we do recommend stopping along the way and bringing food and beverages of your choice, especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available for the ceremony and reception. When you arrive, pull to the right of the white estate home and you will be greeted by a parking attendee who can guide you to the parking lot (and escort you to the courtyard and ceremony area by golf cart).

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There is an optional rehearsal dinner on Friday night, and an optional brunch on Sunday morning. Please visit the Schedule page for more information about the surrounding events throughout the weekend, and please reach out to Frank and Patricia with any questions.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is not provided for the weekend. Some guests are staying on the property, others are staying in Tampa, and some may be driving up and back for Saturday only. If you need help coordinating your transportation, please contact Frank and Patricia as soon as possible and they'll be happy to help support you in making the appropriate arrangements.
