The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the start time to allow ample time for parking and walking to the outdoor ceremony location.
There will be ample parking available for wedding guests at the Hiddenbrooke Golf Club.
Our afternoon ceremony will be held outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. Guests can reach the ceremony site from the parking lot via a paved path and stairs. There will be signs to guide you from the parking lot. If you need any mobility assistance, please give us a call a week before the wedding so that we can provide additional instructions to ensure you arrive at the ceremony comfortably."
Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire: Men: Suit or Sport Coat & Dress Slacks. Ties are optional Women: Cocktail dress, dressy skirt and top, or dressy pants.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. In place of gifts, we would be delighted to receive a card, on this day, with your thoughts, blessings, or wishes for our new life together. Your words will mean so much to us and will be cherished for years to come.
We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner. The buffet will feature chicken, salmon, and a variety of salads, with clearly marked vegetarian and nut-free options available for our guests.
Yes, we will be offering an open bar featuring a selection of beer, wine, and Well cocktails beginning at Cocktail Hour and continuing throughout dinner and dancing. Top-shelf liquor will be available for an additional charge to the guest. We will also have both an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic signature drink available for you to enjoy during the evening.
We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the wedding ceremony. Please feel free to take photos throughout the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We have hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we will be delighted to share the photos with you afterward!
