Formal invitations will be sent approximately 3-4 months before the wedding.
No children are allowed. Certain invitations will include a plus one, some will not. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests who are not formally invited, or are not granted a Plus One.

The ceremony is outdoors, with the reception following immediately after indoors.
If you are driving to the wedding, please park in the parking lot of the venue. The ceremony will take place at the gazebo outdoors. Following the ceremony, you will be ushered into the venue for the reception by our wedding ushers to assist you in finding your reception table and seating.

Our special day ends at 11pm. Please prepare your ride-share, rides, and travel home for promptly at 11pm. The shuttles will begin transporting guests back to the Doubletree Hotel at approximately 11pm.

Yes! This is NOT an unplugged event! While we welcome photos, please be sure that your camera flash is turned off, and stay seated during the ceremony to be respectful to those around you :)
This will be a family style dinner, with a curated menu. If you have restrictions, we'd advise planning accordingly.
