Please reserve your hotel room as soon as possible. The recommended date to reserve your room is by February 1st. The hotel is very well known and we would like to ensure everyone receives the room they desire. Please do not book your room through another website or without going through our room blocks. These rooms have already been saved by us for you to receive our special group rate. * To book your room please click the travel link on the wedding website. At the bottom of the page click view. This will give you acces to the hotel link for a secure booking. Can we stay at another hotel and attend the wedding?

In order to attend the events we have arranged, each guest in attendance has to stay at the hotel we have reserved.

Men are asked to wear suits or a blazer and dress pants & Women are asked to wear a cocktail dress or ballroom gown

Can i book my room through another website?

We have made deposits to hold the rooms for all of our guest. Please book your room through the link provided. This will ensure the hotel that they have our correct amount of guest attending. If a room is not available please let us know.

Do I have to pay for the hotel all in one payment?

No! only a deposit is needed to secure your room for now. Payments can be made through the link at your own convenience.

Are children allowed at the wedding
