The room block has been set aside for both Friday and Saturday nights, however, you are not required to stay both nights to receive the discounted rate. If you choose to only stay one night, you can change the default two night setting by clicking on the Date and manually selecting the check-in and check-out dates.

Shuttle

We will have a bus to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. *The shuttle will arrive at the Hotel at 4:40pm and will leave for the venue at 4:50pm. *At the end of the night, the shuttle will then pick up guests at 11:15pm to head back to the hotel
