Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation for guest details. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We can’t wait to welcome you to our wedding! We respectfully request that the event is adults only, with the exception of children in the wedding party.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Daytime Semi-Formal/"Garden" Women: Dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats. Pastels, floral prints, and shades of green. Men: Dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. Suits in a lighter hue, linen, pastels, or floral prints.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than July 1, 2026. Due to planning requirements, this is a strict deadline — we regret that we won’t be able to accommodate guests who respond after this date. We hope to see you there!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 10:00 am. Please plan to arrive and be seated at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available in the deck located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn. For GPS purposes, the address is 275 Baker Street, Atlanta. Day parking is available at $10.00 per visit for up to eight (8) hours for self-parking

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown for the entire weekend (Friday 08/21/26 - Monday 08/24/26). You are not required to book your stay for that entire duration, but it is available. Reservations can be made by calling Central Reservations at 1-877-STAY HGI (1-877-782-9444) and reference "Williams-Payton Wedding", copying the following link to your browser https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/williamspaytonwedding/, or contacting Daniesha Lofgren directly at (404) 704-8067. Complimentary breakfast vouchers are included in your rate for up to two (2) guests/room per day. The fee for breakfast for any additional guests is $17.95. Guest reservations MUST be received on or before 08/01/2026

How do I get to Ventanas?

Answer

The venue entrance is separate from the hotel entrance If you choose to self-park, you will take the elevator down to the 1st floor and proceed to the sidewalk. If you are coming from Hilton Garden Inn as a guest, exit the hotel on Baker Street. Once you are on Baker Street, take a left to start walking toward Ventanas. You will see a double glass door to your left, which leads to the elevator lobby. Upon entering, there will be an elevator attendant to escort guests up to the 15th floor.

Will there be food?

Answer

Absolutely! Following the ceremony, a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres will be offered. The celebration will continue with a brunch reception.

Is the wedding ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, so please dress with the weather in mind. After we say ‘I do,’ we’ll head indoors for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a brunch reception. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
