You will likely need multiple hotels depending on your travel plans. One nearby the airport and one at the wedding venue. Currently it is recommended to stay at the Jetwing hotels in Negombo near the airport and at Heritance Kandalama for the wedding venue. The Travel tab will be updated with additional places to stay so check back for more info or feel free to find somewhere that suits you best.

That is totally up to how you want to travel and enjoy your vacation! However, you will get the most time with the bride and groom between 12/8 - 12/17.

LOTS of bug spray, over the counter medication (i.e. Imodium, Tylenol), sun screen, sun glasses, universal charging adapter, water bottle, hat, light rain coat, tennis shoes, and flip flops.

At most banks! Make sure you do this at least 1 month in advance to ensure your rupees come in time.

You may stay wherever you like however the bride and groom would love get more time with everyone before and after the wedding. Please be at the venue early the day of the ceremony to get checked in and seated if you are staying off resort.

Please come in formal attire for the ceremony, and if you want to dress down semi-formal for the reception. Saris and Sarongs encouraged!
