Answer
As alcohol will be served at the venue, we’d like to limit the amount of guests under the age of 21. We have chosen to include selected guests under 21, which are reflected on the invitation. We kindly ask that no additional individual attend beyond those listed. No plus ones are welcome unless addressed on the invitation.

-Liability and Safety Notice-
Answer
For the safety of younger guests, we ask that underage guests be within reasonable distance of a parent or guardian. Children MUST be supervised to visit the horse stables. Please note that our venue has a large pond. Any person or object entering the water will result in a $1,000 fee charged by the venue. The bride and groom will not be responsible for any fees incurred due to items or individuals entering the pond. Responsibility will fall on the individual(s) involved.

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, so there's no need to travel between locations. There's one large parking lot with plenty of spaces for everyone (including handicap spaces), making it easy to arrive and enjoy the day!

Our venue is fully handicap accessible, with ramps and smooth pathways to the ceremony and reception areas. If you'd like to visit the horse stables, please note it’s a longer walk, but golf cart transportation will be available for anyone who needs it.

-“Dress Code”-
Answer
We'd love to see lots of boots at our wedding! Pair your favorite country boots with dresses, skirts, jeans, flannels, or button-ups and join the celebration in style. We ask to refrain wearing white out of respect for the bride.

-Food and Beverages Served-
Answer
Our friends at Forro's Pizza will be serving a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet including various pizzas, cheesy garlic strips, and salad. Everyone can enjoy as much as they'd like! There will also be a variety of cookies available until the wedding cake is served. We will have an open bar with an assortment of beer, wine, and signature cocktails for all our adult guests to enjoy after the ceremony. Must have valid ID. Non-alcoholic choices of lemonade, iced tea, and water will also be available to keep everyone refreshed throughout the day.

-Evening Transportation-
Answer
Our wedding venue is in a more remote location, so options like Lyft and Uber may be limited or expensive. We strongly recommend arranging a ride home or to The Comfort Inn, a 15 minute drive, for convenience and safety. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicle at the venue overnight, but must be removed by 12:00 PM the following day (Sunday).

-Venue Rules on Smoking and Vaping-
Answer
Vaping and cigarettes are permitted outside on the property, but not inside any buildings or at the horse stables. Marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the property. We appreciate your cooperation so everyone can enjoy the celebration safely and comfortably.
