Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "your name + guest" if you have been given a plus one. Thank you for your understanding! If you feel there may have been a mistake please reach out to Ashley.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block, if you would like to stay within our block please refer to the travel tab. This hotel is about 10 minutes from the venue! If you click the link and it tells you “there are none left to select”, please reach out to Ashley.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 21, 2025! Scan the QR code attached to the invite or find your way to the RSVP page here on the website. If you have not responded by the date above you will be marked as 'not attending' due to needing to give our vendors a final head count. Thank you for understanding!

Can we take pictures during the event?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask no phones be out during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and will share photos when they become available! During the reception you may take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Can I post on social media once the knot is tied?

Answer

Once the Bride and Groom announce to the world that the knot is tied, feel free to post. Please refrain from posting pictures of the wedding until then. We spent a lot of time and money in planning this event; please respect our big moment and allow us the honor of unveiling that to the world.

Are kids invited?

Answer

If your child was specifically invited on the invitation they are welcome! If they were not on the invitation or listed under the RSVP tab, please reach out to clarify.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you dress your best! Keep in mind the weather at the venue is much different than in Florida this time of year! The ceremony will be outside, reception will be a combo of both! Dance floor is outside!

Find your way to the “things to do” tab and you will find recommendations for restaurants we love! We are about an hour and a half from Nashville and 3 and half hours from pigeon Forge!

Parking at the venue?

Answer

We ask that you leave the flatter area closer to the building available for those that have walkers, canes etc. Thank you!
