Since this is a destination wedding, we’d love to get a general idea of who can join us. Please text Emma at 708‑548‑0217 or Thomas at 224‑401‑2458 when you can. This is a soft RSVP—it’s not your official RSVP and doesn’t commit you. Your answer can always change. Formal invitations and official RSVPs will follow at a later date. Thank you for helping us plan!
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Kualoa Ranch in Kāneʻohe, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. Kualoa Ranch is a beautiful outdoor venue with views of the mountains and ocean. More detailed directions, parking information, and arrival instructions will be provided closer to the wedding date.
We are currently working with hotels to secure a hotel block with group discounts and reduced rates for our guests. Once the details are finalized, they will be posted under the Travel & Hotel tab on our website. Airbnbs and VRBOs are also an option!
We invite you to dress to impress as we celebrate our marriage! We kindly request formal attire. A garden party theme of clothes with bright colors and fun patterns is warmly welcomed. Appropriate attire includes elegant midi to floor-length gowns or skirts, dressy jumpsuits, and suits with ties. Please refrain from wearing white or any casual wear including jeans, flip flops or shorts. The ceremony and reception will take place outside on real & artificial grass, so ladies keep that in mind for choice of footwear!
Yes! We are hoping to host a welcome party on the Saturday prior to the wedding, and all guests are warmly invited to attend. We are also hoping plan a celebration at home following the wedding, which all guests will be welcome to join, including those unable to travel for the wedding. Details will be included later with the invitation, with the date to be announced.
We recommend staying near Waikiki Beach for the duration of the wedding, where our hotel room blocks are located. Waikiki has easy access to beaches, restaurants and activities. Our venue, Kualoa Ranch, is located north of Waikiki in a more rural, scenic area, and the drive there offers beautiful coastal and mountain views. While the drive is a bit longer and there aren’t many accommodations nearby, we’ll be providing shuttles from the hotels for your convenience. For guests looking for a more relaxed, nature-focused experience with less city feel, we also recommend Kailua or Kāneʻohe Bay. These areas offer beautiful beaches, scenery, and a quieter atmosphere while still being within driving distance of the venue and other island attractions. If you have the time and opportunity, you might consider visiting another Hawaiian island—flights are short and often budget-friendly, and islands like Maui and Kauai offer additional stunning natural beauty!
Yes, complimentary parking will be available at the venue for guests who wish to drive. Kindly note that overnight parking is not allowed, so we ask that all vehicles be picked up at the end of the evening.
We will be providing optional shuttle transportation between the hotel and the venue for guests’ convenience. Additional details, including timing and pickup locations, will be shared closer to the wedding date.
More information to come with the formal invitation!
