Yes. Men: Shorts or pants + collared shirt, closed-toe or casual shoes. (no sleeveless shirts or flip-flops) Women: Basically anything appropriate.

Golf carts are used for transportation throughout the resort. They’re convenient, but can take a little time to arrive—so please plan accordingly, especially when heading to scheduled events.
