Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outside, while the reception will be held in a garden room, featuring both indoor and outdoor space. The average temperature in Charlevoix, MI this time of year lands between 51-60 degrees, so we recommend dressing in layers or stashing a blanket in your vehicle.

Can I bring my kids?

We ask that, if your child did not receive a formal invitation, you please find them alternative care for the evening. Thank you for understanding.

Question

The wedding invitation says 3:00pm ceremony, while the agenda says 4:00pm. Whats up with that?

Answer

Please be at the venue and seated no later than 3:45pm as the ceremony will begin promptly. We suggest arriving at the venue around 3:00pm to allow for mingling, finding your seat, and getting settled. Please also note that the Charlevoix Memorial Drawbridge will open on the hour and half hour for larger boats, possibly delaying your arrival.

Can I use my phone to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We trust our guests to be respectful of both us and our other family members/friends on such a special occasion without having to institute a total phone-ban.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
