here's to our forever.

We like to say we met the traditional way – through online dating. One of Pat’s profile prompts was, “Don’t hate me if I live in The Villages,” to which Maddi responded, “I’m picturing a lot of old people playing golf.” (To be fair, she wasn’t wrong.) After a few weeks of chatting and a first date that involved ice skating in Florida (Pat did fine. Maddi did not.) we officially started dating on January 1, 2023. Hence why New Year’s has always felt a little extra special to us. Fast forward through a stretch of long distance, one puppy, a few moves, and countless adventures and laughs later… here we are, ready to ring in another New Year, this time as husband and wife!
