If you have any of the COVID19 symptoms listed below, that are a new onset problem prior to our event, or have traveled outside of the US in the last 14 days, we ask that you do not to attend our wedding weekend. Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing New loss of taste or smell The Kahkwa Club will require guests traveling from the states listed below to quarantine for 14 days or receive a negative COVID19 test prior to attending our event – Currently those states are: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah. Please continue to watch our website for changings in states being excluded or included from this list.
Multiple studies have shown that masking and social distancing significantly reduces the rate of COVID19 transmission. Medical grade forehead temperature scanners will be used to screen guests along with a series of questions regarding COVID19 symptoms. All events will be held outside except for our wedding ceremony at St. Patrick’s Church. At our wedding reception we will be thoughtful about seating guests - Those that are in the same household or are in frequent social contact will be seated together where able and the number of seats at each table have been reduced to maintain distance. Seating at St. Patrick’s Church will be such that those in separate households are social distanced – guests will be required to wear masks. Hand sanitizer will be available at all events and use encouraged
Masks will be required at all times except when guests are eating, drinking or are outside and 6 feet of social distance is able to be maintained. Please remember to maintain 6 feet social distance while enjoying food and cocktails. Guests will be required to wear masks at our wedding ceremony at St. Patrick's Church. Masks will be required at all time on shuttles to and from the reception. Masks will be provided if needed
