Pat & Chris Say I Do!

Pat & Chris met on March 23, 2022 and what happened next was incredible! After fifty years of learning and growing as people and loving parents – all without knowing each other for a second – we asked ourselves what life has in store for us next. What could we do to maybe find some answers? So at pretty much the exact same time we subscribed to Eharmony; our stars were so aligned. After the first date the Eharmony subscriptions were canceled. We knew. Then our life questions began getting answered and in ways we didn’t anticipate. We discovered how well our Haitian and German-Italian cultures blended in values, art, music and food. Pat’s calm and experience with travel caused Chris to finally enjoy flying at the same time we realized how much we cherish sharing our home with family and dear friends. Chris’ love of and comfort with the outdoors moved Pat to embrace the beauty of nature in the rain, snow, freezing cold or heat of the sun. Together we also learned that neither of us wants to retire into the heat and humidity of Florida, but instead to where we can enjoy fall foliage, wood burning fires and winters in Vermont. Our wedding day brings all of this together and we are so happy to be starting our next chapters of life in the only way we know, with family and dear friends.
