Bridesmaid
EST. 2007 on the campus of Ohio University. Ashley and I lived in the same dorm hall and immediately became buddies. Over the years we have maintained that friendship despite the distance. From long days on the Athens bricks, and home-made cards to long distance phone calls, I am so thankful to have you be apart of our special day!
Bridesmaid
EST. in 7th grade at Cleveland School of the Arts. When we met in 7th grade you instantly brought joy in my life. There was never a dull moment and the laughs were always endless. We have had so many great experiences together: dance performances, dance camps, weddings, baby showers, road trips and graduations. One of my fondest memories was standing beside you on your wedding day, now you get to return the favor. You are truly a forever friend and I am grateful to still have you in my life after almost 20 years. Love you rottweiler!
Bridesmaid
EST in 7th grade at Cleveland School of the Arts. My oldest forever friend, we literally grew up together. Slumber parties, matching outfits, dance performances, sing-a longs while riding bikes, weddings, road trips and baby showers all of these moments include you. I'm thankful that even though we don't talk as often, we can pick up just like we never left. Love you, Monkey!
Maid of Honor
EST. since diapers. My first friend, you are more than a sister, you are a guidance counselor, life coach, therapist, and real life superhero. You are one of the few people that understands me in all of my dramatic ways. You dressed me up and did my hair when I was younger, while I ran in behind you and borrowed your clothes when you weren't around. I've always admired your strength, tenacity and loyalty. Moreover, you have always shown yourself to be one of the most reliable/dependable people in my life. From the moment Chris came into my life, you have supported us and we could not be happier to have you stand by our sides. You have always been my rock. Love you, Super!
Bridesmaid
EST. In 7th Grade at Cleveland School of the Arts Amber and I met as dance majors at CSA in 7th Grade. She was this ball of fire, and I was the timid new girl. We started off as dance buddies performing and traveling together for years. Then spent our college years together at Ohio University. From long nights rehearsing in Putnam to fun nights on the Athens bricks then, later becoming roomies are senior year. The memories are endless and the stories are hilarious! My adolescent and college years would not have been the same without her so, rightfully, my dancing queen had to be involved in my wedding day!
Bridesmaid
EST. in 7th grade at Cleveland School of the Arts. Nadia and I met in 7th grade at CSA. We both were new and nervous. After sitting together at lunch one day, we quickly became close and learned that we had so much in common. This theme of commonalities would carry us through our friendship over the years. We caught the bus together, hung out, had sleepovers, and our chats have always been the best. Nadia literally knows something about EVERYTHING! lol. Do not engage in a debate with her because she will not stop until she is proven to be right. Nadia aka BJ is my real life Lynn from "Girlfriends" and a true renaissance woman. I am always amazing by her mind and thankful that we've maintained a friendship for almost 20 years.
Maid of Honor
When I first moved to Tennessee Kayla was there to welcome me with open arms. Kayla showed me how to survive in the South and later introduced me to Chris. It all started at Logan's and the rest is history. Thank you for all of the adventures over the years! Without you, there would be no Chris and Pat. Thank you for sharing this special day with us, we wouldn't have made it this far without you. Most importantly, thank you for the endless laughs that you have given me over the years. We are looking forward to the infamous Kayla Milly Rock. Cheers to my concert buddy, therapist, problem solver, socialite, cousin-friend and maid of honor!
Bridesmaid
EST. 2011 Brittany was the first friend that I made upon moving to TN. It all began at CAMA camp at TSU, and we haven't looked back since. From sleepovers, to trips, to graduations, baby showers and now weddings, we have experienced so much in our friendship. Though it has only been 8 years, it feels as if it has been longer. You are truly a forever friend. I am thankful for all the memories, laughs and experiences. Thank you for being my friend, support system, cosmetologist, and biggest hype man.
Best Man
After meeting in Middle School, Neal Rhudy has been my best friend for most of my life. Sharing a love for music, I have Neal to thank for introducing me to Sir Paul McCartney – who is, hands down, my favorite musician. Additionally, I also have Neal to thank for, very early on, expanding my piano playing catalog by teaching me how to play Let It Be and several other piano classics. Neal is one of the most loyal people I know, and I couldn’t be happier to have him standing by my side on the big day as my Best Man.
Groomsman
Zathan Powell and I first met first met during our quest to become members of our Illustrious fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi. After too many road trips to remember, good times at homecomings, great times in Memphis, and long nights of preparing for the annual MTSU Step Show, Zathan is one of the best brothers in the bond I know. Additionally, Zathan’s sense of humor and ability to find the funny side of every situation is unmatched! Keep at eye out for my Ace Klub leading the line strolling during the reception!
Groomsman
Rodney Pryor is my older brother, the ultimate Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and all-around great guy. Even more, he’s also one of the most knowledgeable Marvel Comics fans you’ll ever meet; if I have a question, he’s my go to guy for the exclusive Marvel info. Rod also loves to expand his mind by constantly reading to acquire new knowledge, so be sure to find him on the big day if you’re up for a good conversation. P.S. – Cowboys fans watch out!
Groomsman
Walter Chastang is my longtime friend since High School and the guy you’ll find in most of my Summer 05 albums on Facebook – what a summer that was (I’ll just leave it at that)! From Mario Kart, to late nights on the scene in Memphis and many shenanigans over my Best Man Neal Rhudy’s house, there’s not much we haven’t done. Walter is also one of the best guitarists I know – be on the lookout for his music in the future!
Groomsman
I met Phillip McGee during my Junior year of college at MTSU while pledging Kappa. To say the least, we got to know each other very well; Phillip’s my back and the 7 Klub on our line. We became good friends and eventually were roommates post college, so he’s gotten to know me a lot better than he probably wanted to! I consider him to be a loyal friend who always gives sound advice and is wise beyond his years. He’s always provided a level-headed perspective on any trying situation and he even came through in the clutch to help me when I needed it most. He’s seen me at my best as well as my worst, and I’m glad to consider him a great friend and line brother.
Groomsman
Deante Alexander is my line brother and Tre Klub on THE Inklusive 15. What immediately stood out to me about this brother is his leadership skills. I had the privilege of being under his leadership while in undergrad – Deante is a former Polemarch of the Eta Gamma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi. Eventually our friendship grew and we became roommates post college. Deante is one of the best brothers in the bond I know. Now here’s one thing you need to know about Deante: you can always count on him to call you out and hold you accountable if you are messing up; it’s probably the Principal in him haha. On a serious note, Deante is a great friend and excellent role model.
Groomsman
Marcus Henry is my line brother and the 5 Klub of the Inklusive 15. Let’s just say I met Marcus in the Spring of 2007 while “planning for kappa week” and making spaghetti. Some things are better left unexplained! Over the years, whenever life got me down, Marcus always reached out to check on me and give advice on how to make the situation better. Marcus has definitely seen me during low times and I’m truly grateful for his friendship. We’ve remained close as we’ve grown into adults, and I’m very grateful for that. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in a friend and line brother.
Groomsman
I met Patrick Brightman during my Junior year of college at MTSU while pledging Kappa. Needless to say, similar to Phillip, we got to know each other very well. Pat may be the most level-headed out of the bunch, but don’t get it twisted, he never misses a beat! On a serious note, I am lucky to call Pat my brother in the bond. He is one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever met and is an easy person to talk to. He’s also one of the first people offering to help out with anything you need. To that end, thanks brother for helping me with the job; I literally could not have done it without you! I am lucky to have him as part of our day.
