Yes. A complimentary shuttle service will provide transportation to and from the wedding from both The Sleep Inn and the Hampton Inn. Departure Times: From The Hampton Inn: The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:15pm. Please be down in the lobby in advance and follow signage for the Burke/Flynn wedding. If you have any questions, the front desk will be able to direct you. From The Sleep Inn: The shuttle will be making two trips to Blooming Hill Farm - the first at 3:15pm and the final at 3:30pm. Please meet in the lobby at The Sleep Inn and follow signage for the Burke/Flynn wedding. If you have any questions, the front desk will be able to direct you. Return Times: For guests who would like to leave the reception early, the first shuttle will depart the wedding at 9:30pm for both The Sleep Inn and The Hampton Inn. The final shuttle for both hotels will depart Blooming Hill Farm at 10:10pm. We will alert you when the shuttles have arrived.
We will do our best to make you comfortable, but if it rains, please be sure to dress appropriately and wear the proper footware. The wedding is outside under a tent on gravel and grass, so waterproof shoes and umbrellas would be ideal. We ask that you please check the weather forecast so you can prepare.
Cocktail attire/ dressy casual. The wedding will take place outside on a working farm, so we want to make sure you are comfortable. For example, stiletto heels may not be the best as you will be walking through gravel and grass.
Yes, the farm is handicap accessible. For those who have trouble walking, a golf cart will be on hand to help with transportation.
