Patrick and Natalie's journey began in the summer of 2018. After Pat's college graduation, he and his friends embarked on a trip to Sea Isle City, NJ, to celebrate. Coincidentally, Natalie and her friends also graduated around the same time, choosing to mark the occasion with a getaway to the Jersey Shore. During one night of their post-graduation festivities, both groups found themselves in the same establishment. The exact details of who approached whom first remain debated to this day, but fate intervened, and Patrick and Natalie met on June 1st, 2018. Despite initial thoughts that they might never cross paths again, Patrick had a different plan upon learning about Natalie's post-graduation plans. Following their respective trips to Sea Isle City, Natalie relocated to Nashville, TN, a short five-hour journey from Patrick's follow-on assignment at Fort Benning, Georgia. Over the next year, Patrick and Natalie became frequent travelers along the stretch of highways between Georgia and Tennessee as their summer fling evolved into a serious relationship. As their connection deepened, Pat received orders to Fort Hood, Texas, and Natalie joined him on the journey. Their time at Fort Hood allowed them to savor everything that central Texas and its surroundings had to offer. During this period, Natalie stood by Pat's side through a brief deployment, and they welcomed a furry companion into their lives—adopting their dog, Boots. After their stint at Fort Hood, Patrick and Natalie returned to Columbus, Georgia. In the fall of 2022, they took a significant step forward in their relationship by getting engaged in Natalie's hometown, Fayetteville, Arkansas. The proposal occurred during a weekend filled with Razorback football, family gatherings, and friends. Over the past five years, Patrick and Natalie have built a strong foundation for their relationship, supported by cherished friends and family. They eagerly anticipate celebrating their big weekend with all of you.
