Shuttle

Shuttle from both hotels to the wedding venue, Kuyahoora Lodge

September 27, 2025 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be 2 shuttles that will take guests from the 2 hotels that we blocked + the Days Inn, to Kuyahoora Lodge and Resort. 3:15PM - Hilton pick up 3:30PM - Days Inn & Marriott pick up We will have shuttle service after the wedding back to the Hilton, Marriott and Days Inn at; 10:00pm load-in // 10:15pm depart - shuttle #1 11:00pm load-in // 11:15pm depart - shuttle #2 12:15am load-in // 12:30am depart - shuttle #3

Flight

Syracuse, Albany, Westchester, all NYC, Buffalo Airports

For those flying, the Syracuse Airport is 1 hour from the Hotels in Utica, and 1 hour 18 minutes from the Kuyahoora Lodge. Albany Airport is an hour and a half. ****Reminder you will need a Real ID / Enhanced license or passport to fly

Kuyahoora Lodge is on a lake and you may lose service on your way in. Please have directions up before you lose service. If you are driving to the venue, there is a vallet.
