Many of you know that we are choosing to get married in Tulum because we want to provide a unique experience for our guests who are traveling thousands of miles. With so much uncertainty in the world, we feel that we may not be able to fully enjoy Tulum and everything it has to offer. Most importantly, the health and safety of our guests is something we take seriously, therefore, we do not want to risk traveling in October. If there is something we are certain of, it’s that come April 23, 2021, we will have one hell of a vacation with ALL of our family + friends once it’s safe to do so!
We've created a Facebook group where we plan to post updates as needed. If you haven't seen the Facebook group, please contact Brittany or Nico to resend the invite.
There is nothing you need to do on your end! You should’ve received an e-mail from our travel agent with your updated itinerary. Everyone’s reservation was moved relative to the wedding date (i.e. if you were arriving 2 days before the wedding, you will still be arriving 2 days before the wedding, etc). If you haven’t received an updated itinerary from James, kindly shoot him an email: info@beallinclusive.net. Please do not cancel your reservation unless you are certain you cannot attend. Cancellations, of course, are still subject to the cancellation penalties as outlined on each reservation.
We'd like to think there's absolutely no way that 2021 could be worse than 2020, but we do not have a crystal ball. We HIGHLY recommend adding travel insurance. You will have the option to add this at the time of reserving your room through our booking site.
The deadline to reserve your room + submit the final payment is December 15th 2020. All rooms MUST be paid in FULL by this date. Payments submitted after December 15th 2020 will not be accepted and your room will be released back to the hotel as unsold inventory.
Yes - the answer is yes! We STRONGLY advise you to purchase transfers (at the time of reserving your room), as without transfers you will be responsible for your own transportation at the destination.
We've hired an incredible team of photographers and videographers to beautifully capture the story of our day, and that includes you! Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us. We really want to see your faces, not your devices. Feel free to resume snapping, tweeting, facebook stalking, etc. at cocktail hour.
Formal cocktail attire – please dress to impress! For the ladies: maxi dresses, cocktail dresses, or jumpsuits. For the guys: summer suits, blazers, or dress shirts with slacks. Please avoid sandals, shorts, caps, short sleeve shirts. REMINDER: white dresses are for the bride!
We want to keep it small & intimate at this destination wedding. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you!
