FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, with the exception children in our immediate families. We hope you can enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your plus-one is listed on your invitation, we'd love for them to join! If not, we hope you'll still come solo! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

YES! Please make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months of the travel date. It can take months to get a new passport, so please plan ahead!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

No white, please, that is reserved for bride! We're asking guests to dress in tropical beach, semi-formal attire. The more color, the better! Prints, bold hues, and breezy fabrics are all welcome. Dress to feel great, stay cool, and be ready to dance!

Question

Do you have a registry

Answer

Making the trip to celebrate with us is more than we could ever ask for! We're just grateful to have you there! That said, if you'd still like to contribute something, or if you're unable to attend but would like to send a gift, we've created a registry on the website.

Question

What should I do if I can't attend?

Answer

We completely understand that not everyone can take time off of work to come and celebrate with us. You will be missed! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place on the beach - please wear appropriate footwear. The reception will be under a covered palapa with a wooden floor.

Question

Do I need to take USD or Mexican Pesos for the trip to Mexico?

Answer

We recommend bringing cash or withdrawing pesos from the ATM once you arrive. You will need USD cash or local currency for payment of services such as Taxis and gratuities. Most restaurants and excursion companies take major debit and credit cards. Advise your bank of your travels to avoid card freezing.
