Buses will be departing at 4:20 and 4:40 from the Hampton Inn! We encourage you to be in the lobby by 4:15 so that the buses arrive on time and we can get the party started. Once you arrive at Hotel Du Village, there will refreshments and an indoor area to mingle in before the ceremony. At the end of the night there will be a bus back to the hotel at 11pm and then another at 12am for those who stay for the after party.
Unfortunately we will not be inviting children besides those in our wedding party to our wedding. While we adore the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to create an adults-only environment for this special day. We hope this advance notice allows ample time for arranging childcare. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Yes, there will be valet parking available at the venue. If you plan on celebrating us with some cocktails, we encourage you to stay at the Hampton Inn Flemington and take the shuttle provided from the hotel! Please note, Ubers and Lyfts are limited in the area. We strongly encourage you to take the shuttles or schedule your transportation ahead of time.
Weather permitting we are planning to have an outdoor ceremony. There will be blankets, hand warmers and hot cider to keep you warm, but please keep the temperature in mind when choosing a jacket! The rest of the wedding will take place indoors and a coat check is provided.
We are thrilled to celebrate with our closest family and friends and have reserved seats for the named guests on each invitation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
The after party is right at the venue! We would LOVE for you to stay for late night dancing and snacks. There will be a late night shuttle provided.
