Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal; tuxes are not necessary but no jeans please! For the ladies we suggest a cocktail dress or evening gown. Our ceremony is (hopefully) outdoors so please check the weather to see if it will be chilly! In the event of bad weather the ceremony will be moved inside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please send me a message if there anyone in your party that has food allergies/special dietary requests for dinner and we are happy to accommodate them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is provided on-site.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from the wedding venue is not being offered at this time, we recommend carpooling as much as possible (Ubers/Lyfts may be limited in Clayton).

What precautions are in place to minimize the risk of COVID exposure?

Answer

Seats at the reception are being spaced further apart than normal and you are welcome to leave a few seats between your party and the next. Also, seating at the reception is being reduced from 10 people per table to 6, and tables will have extra space between them (which means some tables will be on the second level). Dinner will be a plated meal instead of a buffet so please let us know if you would prefer a vegetarian meal or have any food allergies. Additionally, hand sanitizer will be available at various locations throughout the reception and there are several outdoor areas for socializing during the reception.
