What are the COVID guidelines?

Answer

To make our guests as comfortable as possible, it is expected that all non-vaccinated guests will test within 72 hours of our event to protect all those present. Both venues no longer require masking indoors, but we respect your own choice if you choose to do so. Due to the ever changing circumstances, we will update this page with guidelines making this the most reliable source at any given moment. We thank you for your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie. Men: Tuxedo or Formal Suit. Women: Floor-length Gown or Formal Cocktail Dress.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before 5:00pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at that time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely. At The Royal Poinciana Chapel, there is a parking lot as well as the Flagler Museum parking lot right next door available for use. At Eastpointe, there will be complimentary Valet parking.

Is there an official hotel or block reserved for this event?

Answer

Due to the time of year and difference of budgets, we have decided to offer our recommendations for all levels without limiting all of our guests to one specific hotel. You can find these recommendations under the Travel page on this website. We have also found that many would prefer to stay at an Airbnb property, so don't forget to check out their offerings as well if you are interested.
