Question

Do I Get a Plus One?

Answer

If your wedding invitation is addressed to you and a guest, or an entire family, then you get a plus one! Another way to check is by RSVPing! When you type in your name, if you get a plus one, you will also be able to RSVP for your guest.

Question

Are Our Kids Invited?

Answer

When you RSVP, if your little ones are invited, there will be an option to add them. However, we encourage parents to take this night as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with your partner! Please let us know at your earliest convenience if your little ones will be in attendance with us.

Question

Is this an Indoor or Outdoor Wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be a mix of both indoor and outdoor events. There has been planned backup if the weather does not cooperate the day of for an outdoor event.

Question

What Accommodations are Available for Guests?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page. Additionally, there are many Airbnb’s, VRBO’s, and other hotels nearby in the area. Try to book ASAP as Charlevoix is a vacation area in the summer! Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

Question

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

We would love our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. This may include dress pants, a dress shirt, tie, and optionally a sports coat for men. For women, this may include a nice dress or dress pants with a nice blouse. Additionally, there are portions of grass that guests will be walking on, so please take this into account when choosing footwear, as the grass may be soft.

Question

Is there Parking?

Question

Is there an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes and no. During cocktail hour guests will have the option of pop, water, or our two signature cocktails. After cocktail hour, guests will have access to select beer, wine, seltzers, and hard cider. Any drinks containing liquor will be at the guests expense with a cash bar.

Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful. We ask that you RSVP no later than Saturday June 6th, 2026.

Question

What Happens if I Do Not RSVP in Time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the latest acceptable date provided, you will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and all related services in a timely manner. Due to this, we will not accept late RSVPs (this means you are not allowed to show up to our special day as there will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you).
