FAQs

If you have any other questions, please reach out to the bride at (704)842-2894. Texting is the most preferred form of communication because the bride works night shift, but if you prefer calling, please do so after 4 pm.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no longer than 8-1-26 using the QR code on your formal invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you cannot attend, although your presence will be missed.

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed, but we understand things happen, and we all have separate lives. Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all of our loved ones dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire!! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit or slacks with a nice top and tie. We promise that once you arrive, you will see our vision come to life. Please, no jeans! We also prefer that you stay away from light greens or burnt oranges as the bridal party will be wearing these colors.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family and the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 30 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 3:00 pm. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4:00 pm, you will not be able to be seated and will join us at the beginning of cocktail hour.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want all of our guests to be safe, happy, and fed. Please reach out to the bride with any allergies as soon as possible, so we can let our caterers know and plan accordingly.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will offer two signature cocktails to choose from, a his and hers special, and have a selection of beers and wines. We will provide a certain number of drinks for each guest, and any drinks beyond that will be your responsibility! The bar accepts cash, cards, and tap pay. We feel this is the best option for us as we prefer to splurge on more intimate parts of our wedding. If you plan to drink, please plan accordingly because there will likely be limited Uber or Lyft services, if any at all.
