We ask that our guests please submit their RSVPs by September 5, 2026. This is 5 weeks before the wedding and will allow us finalize our guest list, plan seating, order food, and make any necessary adjustments to your venue or vendors.
Help us set the autumn mood with your favorite fall colors! We kindly invite guests to wear a fall inspired color such as burgundy, rust, dark greens, warm yellows, browns, etc.!
Unfortunately, due to space restrictions at our venue, we will not be able to accommodate plus ones for all of our guests. If your invitation does not specifically state a plus one or have another name accompanying yours, please know this is nothing personal, we are just ensuring we don't exceed our venue capacity. We hope you understand & can't wait to celebrate with you all.
Again, due to space restrictions, we’ve decided to keep our celebration ADULT-ONLY, with the exception of kids from our family and the wedding party. We hope you understand and can look forward to an adults night out!
The bride & groom ask that guests please arrive no later than 2:45 pm, to prevent anyone from walking through as the ceremony is in process. Thank you in advance!
The ceremony and reception will both be held at Tanglewood. There is parking outside the venue and across the street!
It is Tanglewood's policy that no outside beverages be brought onto the venue property & that security be on-site to help enforce these rules. There WILL be both alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages available during the reception! Beer & wine will be provided by us & there will also be a cash bar to order additional drinks of your choice if you wish!
