When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs will be collected on our wedding website after formal invitations are sent out in the spring.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30 pm, so we recommend arriving between 5:00 and 5:15 to find your seats.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We ask that you please dress in either cocktail or semi-formal attire.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

This will be an adult-only event, aside from the ring bearers! We appreciate you setting up arrangements in advance and leaving your little ones at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to stay within our budget, we can only accommodate plus ones if indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is This An Indoor or Outdoor Event?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy area with minimal shade, so please dress accordingly! The cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors. The reception will take place indoors but the lawn and patio will remain open, so feel free to hang out by the fire pits or play yard games throughout the night!

Are You Taking COVID Precautions?

Answer

The bride and groom will follow the most recent CDC guidelines, along with Bay Pointe Inn's venue requirements. If you are experiencing symptoms in the days leading up to the wedding, we kindly ask that you stay home so we can keep you and our other guests safe and healthy. If able, we recommend taking a COVID test prior to the wedding if there is any possibility that you have been exposed. Thank you for your cooperation and feel free to reach out with any questions!

Will My Dietary Restrictions Be Accommodated?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian meal option. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies on your RSVP.
