Getting To Vail
AIRPORTS NEARBY: Vail/ Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) Denver International Airport (DIA) - If flying into DIA, getting to Vail is about a 2 hour drive. The welcome party will begin at 5pm on Saturday, September 23rd. Please plan on arriving Friday evening or Saturday morning if traveling from out of town :) - If traveling out of town, you will likely need to rent a car to travel from DIA to Vail, and to easily get around once you're in the area. There are no ride shares in the area, so having your own means of transportation once you arrive will be ideal!

Getting To The Venue

*UPDATE!!!!! Shuttle Pick Up: Vail Transportation Center @ 2:45PM. The shuttles will say Nova Guides and will be on the TOP DECK of the VTC. You can take the town bus, taxi service, or Uber to get here. If you have rented a car you can park for free! Please do not be late as the shuttle drivers are on a strict schedule to make sure everyone arrives to the venue on time and will not wait for you. The shuttles will leave at 3PM. We highly recommend utilizing our shuttle service rather than driving yourselves to the venue. The drive from Vail is about 30 min, and the road is very windy and full of deer at night. Unless you have a driver who does not plan to have any drinks and will not be sleepy at 11pm, the shuttle service is likely your best bet! :)
