Hello, All! Thank you for all of y’alls love, support, and patience during this time! We have some very exciting news to share, so thank you for tuning in! We will be getting married on October 19th at the Seattle Municipal Courthouse! Yay! I know this doesn’t sound fun or exciting or special, but trust us when we say that we are very excited for our easy breezy day! Do not worry, just because it is the courthouse, doesn’t mean we can’t do it in style! We have booked a super neat photographer to follow us around for the day and do all of the things we love to do (Covid compliant, of course)! Hair and makeup has been booked and outfits are being made/ scouted! We are very excited to share this day with you, in pictures, six weeks after our date (give or take a little). For some EVEN BIGGER NEWS, we will be doing a SECOND event, in Norway, in early 2023! Yay, part two! Though we do not have a lot of details on this as of right now, we will keep you updated as we know more. What we do know is that it will be us, our photographers, our wedding planners, and our close circle of Belmont friends. For more questions and details, please refer to our “Questions?” page, here on this site!
Between commuting to and from work, long night drives, and spontaneous day trips to out of state antique stores, we have racked up a lot of hours in the car. To keep things lively between rounds of “A Million Dollars, But” and “The License Plate Game,” we needed something else. Thus, the Subaru Crosstrek game was born. If you are unfamiliar, the Subaru Crosstrek comes in a million and a half obnoxious colors, and the farther west you go, the more popular they become. While this game originally began as a bastardized version of “Slug Bug,” it quickly morphed into “look at the little messages from the universe.” Sky blue means tonight's date night, canary yellow signifies we need to get pizza, white is a hint that it’s time for a hike, and safety orange means ‘you’re stuck with me.’ So naturally, when Andrew asked the “do you wanna,” it was accompanied with the best Hot Wheels race car ever made.
