By Allison We met through social media in late December 2017. We attended the same elementary school (we actually lived right down the street from each other during this time and had no idea each other existed) and high school, but Billy is 4 years older than me, so I just missed him by a year. After meeting for the first time in December 2017, we started dating and Billy officially asked me to be his girlfriend in January 2018. We have been inseperable ever since.

By Billy I do not remember the exact moment I knew that I wanted to marry Allison, but I do know it was a long time ago (ask my friends). For months I was trying to come up with the perfect plan. This is much harder to do when you are constantly being asked about it. I asked Allison's father for permission to marry his daughter over Labor Day Weekend (fitting huh?) up at the lake. This is when things really started to get rolling. Shortly after, we had planned a trip to Dallas to visit friends and family. At this point I knew I wanted to do it at a Dallas Cowboys game. From there almost everything fell into place seamlessly-bought the ring and some great tickets. Although there were a couple scares (I couldn't take my bag with the ring onto the flight, and the ring set off the metal detectors at the stadium, luckily she didn't notice). I got down on one knee and popped the question. Allison was shocked and after a few "STOP ITs" and "SHUT UPs" I finally got a YES! We are so excited for the rest of our lives together and hope all of you can join us!
