What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. We invite you to arrive early to explore the beautiful venue and settle in with a glass of champagne before we say “I do.”

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, A complimentary shuttle will depart from Hilton Garden Inn Longmont at 3:30 PM for the wedding venue and return at 10:00 PM. This service is available to all guests whether you are staying at the hotel or not.
