We met in high school. We had mutual friends and shared a class together... ironically, Chris would come back to school from his 3 to 4 lunch periods for this 8th period class at the end of the day. Chris seemed to enjoy the class by getting his hair braided and partaking in traditional Native American dances. Naturally, Abby watched the shenanigans while doing homework.

Over the time since high school, we both went off to explore and live life in different ways. Throughout that time, ours paths would cross randomly. At the beginning of 2018 we both swiped right and set up a time to catch up. The rest is history.

We appreciate all of our friends and family very much. We respect the decisions you all make for your families and situations based on your comforts and needs. Whether in-person or in spirit you will be with us on this day.
