Freshman year, Dylan just transferred to CRHS where he sat behind a girl who would hand him papers in class everyday. Nothing more. Now flash forward to Junior year, it's the first day of school and Hailey is sitting in English class when Dylan enters the room. Hailey can still recall everything that day. The class started and it was like slow motion as Hailey began thinking "I'm going to marry him!" Dylan can remember being awestruck at a large house on the desolate road. Driving around with friends his Freshman year he asked, "Who lives there?" The other boys in the car said, "Oh that's Hailey Sewell's house!" Dylan's curiosity grew and as fate had it, he lived only one street over. For years, both Hailey and Dylan passed each other on the street, in school, and at football games. As you can imagine Dylan was surprised when Hailey reached out to him and made the first move. After a few weeks of talking, they went on their first date to a pet store and Torchy's Taco's. They were inseparable from that moment on. After the high school sweethearts graduated, Dylan packed up his truck and headed to the University of Alabama, and Hailey bought a one-way ticket to New York City. After they both took time to live out their dreams and grow as individuals, they still always knew there was something truly special between them. Hailey was on a trip to Italy with her mother and an hour after throwing a coin in the Trevi Fountain and wishing for Dylan to eventually come back in her life, she received a missed call. Before everyone knew it, Dylan had sold his truck, packed a suitcase, left Alabama, and bought a one way ticket to NYC. The leap of faith they both took clearly had a happy ending. After years of Hailey working for a PR company in SoHo and Dylan working in finance on Wall Street, they made countless memories. From there, they packed up their 450 sq feet West Village apartment, and moved back to Texas. Dylan asked Hailey to be wife on 10.19.20 in Vail, CO.
