On our sixth anniversary, Gary put together the most amazing surprise for our anniversary. As I returned home from work, I was greeted by a trail of rose petals leading to our front door. Upon stepping inside, I found Gary waiting for me, with a beautifully carved pumpkin that read, “Will you marry me?” We had planned to carve our pumpkins together that evening, and of course mine was later finished with a “YES.” It was incredibly meaningful to relive the joy of our first pumpkin-carving experience from six years earlier, making this moment even more special.
