FAQs

Question

What is Log Still Distillery?

Answer

A distillery owned by Wally Dant recently just opened 2020 but the family has a long history of bourbon dating back to the 1800s. The Log Still is only 10 min down the road from Four Chimney Farm where Jessica grew up. Question

Are Children allowed to attend?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off and enjoy your evening. The distillery is an Adults only type of fun.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, jackets, and slacks. Jackets Required.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the Hotel in Bardstown to Log Distillery?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need for the times of the shuttle once scheduled.

Question

Is the Ceremony and Reception all in one location?

Answer

Yes. The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception are all held at the Legacy Building at the Log Still Distillery. We want to make it a one-stop shop.

Question

Are the Airbnbs available at the Log Still Distillery?

Answer

They do have Airbnbs available at Log Still Distillery, but we have reserved them for the Family and the Bridal Party weekend. If additional rooms open up, we will let you know. All other guests are staying at the Fairfield Inn in Bardstown. Airbnb's are available in Bardstown if you want to rent a house.
