How can I stay updated while I am there? Or what if I have questions?

There are also smaller groups within the community that you can use to join to stay connected with other guests while we're there!

When should I arrive?

Our events begin Thursday Evening, so we would recommend arriving earlier in the day so you have time to settle in before the festivities begin.

What should I wear?

Check out our Schedule tab for full details for the weekend and the theme/dress code for each event! Think casual or indowestern in sunset shades for the Welcome Party, pastel colors for the Wedding Ceremony, and dark colors like black or navy for the Reception.

How does booking rooms work?

Answer

Please see the Travel tab for more information and links. We are working with VIP Vacations who you can reach out to for your travel needs. You must book with them in order to be part of our Wedding Group and attend our events! As of now, we are all out of contracted rooms, and the resort is nearly at full capacity. For any questions regarding your room reservation and transfers, please reach out to VIP Vacations. Also please send them your flight information when booked so they can further assist your transfers. If did not book your room through our travel agency and therefore are not considered in our "Wedding Group", you may be subject to an "Event Day Pass" that may be $100/per person/per day under the Resort's discretion.

What if I have other questions about booking rooms?

The Travel Agent will be the best point of contact for all travel related questions as they will know everything and will be in contact with the resort on our behalf! The Bride and Groom and our parents are busy planning the fun-filled weekend!! ;-)

Can I request my room to be in a certain building?

Answer

At this time, we are unable to guarantee the placement of rooms in specific buildings as there are a few buildings on the property that each have an array of different rooms. We will request that the rooms are placed together, but the actual rooms are assigned at check-in so we will not know until your arrival.

What about flights?

Answer

VIP Vacations can help you book your flights if you'd like, but either way, please let them know when you do book your flight as it will help them arrange for your airport transfers!
