Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest due to venue capacity limits. Your invitation will be made out to you and your guest if a plus one has been given.

Please take this opportunity for a kid free night out on us. We are requesting no children other than the wedding party.

Will it be in or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

No, both the ceremony and reception will be in the same building.

Will there be parking onsite?

Yes, there will be complimentary parking to the left of the building.

What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?

All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing dark olive green.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that all guest refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or champagne.

Absolutely, please reach out to the bride or groom with any food allergy related concerns/request.

How and when should I RSVP?

Unfortunately, the time frame to submit RSVPs have ended.

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We are sorry that you will not be able to attend our wedding. Unfortunately, both our venue and catering require final guest counts and the floor plan to be submitted one month prior to the wedding date, and neither allows additions after that deadline.

What should I do if I can not make it?
Answer
You will be greatly miss! If you can not attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab. If you have already submitted your RSVP but are now unable to attend, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Please no phones during the our ceremony or speeches. The greatest gift you can give us is being truly present as we say "I DO". We have an AMAZING photographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share all the photos as soon as we receive them.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue at 4pm. Our ceremony will start at 4:30pm. The venue doors will be locked at 4:20:pm. If you arrive after 4:20pm you will not be allowed to enter the venue and will miss the ceremony.

Can I share photos of your bid day on social media?
Answer
We kindly as that we as the bride and groom be the first to share our photos on social media.

What is the requested attire?

Please arrive dressed in formal or cocktail attire.

What airport should I fly into?

The Shreveport Regional Airport is minutes away from our venue and recommended hotels.

Yes, we will have a cash bar that will also except card payments.

Our reception will end at 10pm.

Yes, hors d'oeuvres be served starting at 5pm.

The bar will open at 5:30pm and close at 9:30pm.
