Ryan and I met during college at University of North Carolina at Charlotte through a mutual friend. We met on a Saturday night and went on our first date that following Monday. After that first date, we couldn’t stop talking and were always looking for ways to spend more time together. What started as a simple connection quickly grew into a relationship filled with laughter, adventure, and so much love. Over the years, we have grown together through every stage of life — finishing school, starting our careers, traveling together, and building a life side by side. Some of our favorite memories have come from the little moments together, whether it’s trying new restaurants, traveling, or simply spending time with family and friends. In March 2026, we traveled to one of our favorite places as a couple: Jupiter, Florida. Ryan told me to dress up for dinner, and before we went, he suggested we take a walk on the beach. As the sun was setting over the ocean, Ryan got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the most perfect moment, and the easiest “yes” ever. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of the people we love most!
