FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as early as you are able! But preferably by 6/1/2024

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! we will have a bus running from the MacCallum House starting at 3pm to the ceremony site (1 mile away). The bus will stop running around 3:45pm. We will also be bringing guests back from the ceremony to the reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is limited parking around the ceremony so please try to carpool or use our transportation provided. There is street parking around the MacCallum house and cars can be left there overnight.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We are happy to provide information for child care in the area if you are bringing kids with you.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! please let us know ahead of time so we can make accommodations. Allergies/dietary restrictions must be communicated 15 days prior to the event.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

On Zola mainly, but we are always happy to receive unique things! But your presence is also a gift, and we appreciate you taking the time to travel to celebrate with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Unofficially it's "relaxed cocktail attire" - what does that mean? Wear something nice that is comfortable and bring layers because while it is the middle of July, it is also quite cold on the coast. We recommend not wearing heels - or at least not thin ones. The terrain is uneven and we would hate for someone to get hurt! ...even though there will be many nurses at the wedding : )

Question

Are there other things to do in town?

Answer

The Mendocino Music Festival is happening during the wedding weekend so there will be a ton of things going on in town! You can purchase tickets and see who is playing by clicking the link below https://mendocinomusic.org

For all the days along the way
