Question

Is transportation provided to and from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! A bus will be picking up guests at the wedding hotel at 4:45pm and bring you to the venue. It's about a 20 minute drive. Masks are required on the bus. The bus will stay onsite the whole time incase anyone wants to go back to the hotel early. The reception wraps up at 11:30pm and will take all guests back to the hotel!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What are you doing to keep the wedding safe?

Answer

The guest list has been condensed in the interest of safety. We are expecting around 50 of our closest family and friends. We are asking that every guest please quarantine/stay in their "pod" for the 2 weeks leading up to April 30th. If available to you, we would like for everyone to get tested in that time as well. By the wedding day, we are hoping we have access to rapid tests on site. Masks and social distancing will most likely be encouraged and we will keep you updated! If you have any concerns and/or requests for your party to sit at their own table during dinner, please let us know. Thank you for helping us navigate this unique wedding climate!
