Maid of Honor

MEET KAYLA! Wow, where do I start? Kayla and I have been more like sisters the past 15 years. Kayla has been there more times than I can count and I'm so thankful for that. Kayla and I met when she moved near my home place in Mulberry, NC. She moved less than a minute walk from my house. We hung out almost everyday and became so close. I remember playing with hot wheels in the back yard, playing in my playhouse, riding bikes and making funny videos and taking funny pictures. Kayla was and still is a one of a kind friend. When you saw one of us, you saw the other. Today, Kayla is the mother to THREE of my god children that I love more than anything. I'm so blessed to have her as my maid of honor beside me on such a big day.

MEET HEATHER! Heather and I met back in 2013 when my mom worked at a little restaurant here in Wilkes called the Arctic Grill. Here is where Heather and I became such good friends. I remember sitting in the back table with her little boy, Eli, playing legos while she cooked. Heather and I have became so close over the years. Needless to say, Heather has been there when NO ONE else has. She's the reason I've gotten through my first year of Appalachian without going insane. Heather and I have A LOT in common. Our taste in clothes, music, shows and many other things always gives us something to talk about. Heather is the type of person I can text and snap at the same time and it never gets old. I'm thankful to have such a forever friend and blessed to have her stand by my side on my big day!

MEET KAYLA! Wow, it's hard to believe that it all started in kinder! There was nothing else like Kayla! She was the most fun and energetic person I had literally ever met. Our moms became best friends and we did too! I have to say that Kayla was my very first "BFF"! We used to do everything together: played the same sports, went to the same school, eat at the same places. Growing up, Kayla and I were inseparable. Throughout the years we've had SO many laughs and fun times I couldn't count on all my hands and toes. Kayla is very special to me because she was there through all my "firsts". First day at all schools, first breakup, first sports game, first day of Appalachian, etc.. Kayla has been such a great friend & secret teller over the years and I'm so glad she said yes to be beside me!

MEET ASHLEY! Ash is William's little sister. She is the sweetest most kind hearted person you can ever meet. Ash and I are pretty close and I adore her with everything in me. Ash and I have done so many fun things together throughout the years and I'm beyond excited for her to stand beside me on our big day!!!

MEET KRISTEN! Kristen and I met in 2014 when William and I first started talking. We met at the cattle sale here in Wilkes and immediately became friends. Kristen and I worked at Sagebrush Steakhouse together for nearly 3 years. During this time, our friendship continued to grow. Kristen is always there when I need her and she knows I am for her also. Kristen is such a true and caring friend. She's always willing to talk no matter what time it is. Kristen has such a good heart and just brightens everyones day when she's near. Kristen and I have became very close over the years. I'm blessed to have such a true friend beside me on my big day!

MEET P! My little best friend and partner in crime. She's the sassiest most perfect little gal you'll ever meet. P has made such a wonderful impact on my life. Watching her grow into such a beautiful soul has been nothing short of amazing. I can't wait to have her trotting down the aisle with her flowers on my big day. You'll see what I mean by "sassy"! ;)
