When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by June 20th, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside but dinner and dancing is inside the barns. The ceremony is in a grass area so heels may not be recommended. Please no jeans, baseball caps or t-shirts.

Will there be alcohol provided?

Answer

We have decided to provide beer, wine and seltzers only. There will be no liquor options. It will be available from cocktail hour through the reception. There will also be a Margarita Mocktail that will be available to everyone.

Can I bring a date?

Please speak with the bride or groom about bringing someone not already on the list.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will only be having the children in the wedding party attend. We appreciate your understanding in not bringing additional children to the ceremony or reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please note it on your RSVP card. We will do our best to accommodate any and all requests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the travel tab for hotel information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking attendants at the entrance to guide guests to parking. You may leave your car at the venue overnight as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle service from the pre-arranged hotel to the venue.

Is this handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, there will be a golf cart attendant available to transport anyone with walking disabilities to the ceremony and back.

What if it rains or is too hot outside?

Answer

If it rains, the ceremony will be moved inside. Both dining and reception barns are climate controlled. The only time you will have to be outside is during the ceremony and during cocktail hour.
