What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, please try to arrive by 3:50pm. The patio bar will be open pre-ceremony from 3:20pm-3:50pm.

What is the closest airport to the wedding venue?

Answer

Denver International Airport (DIA) is the closest airport to the venue. It is 78 miles (roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes) from the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite. If you need to leave your car overnight at the venue, you can; the venue just requests vehicles be gone by Sunday evening.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The high temperature during the day in July is in the 70s, with lows in the 50s.

Will the reception and ceremony be inside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the patio at Loveland Ski Valley Lodge. The reception will be inside the lodge.

Why does my save the date say Dillon, Colorado but the venue is in Silver Plume, Colorado?

Answer

I (Sarah) messed up. Our wedding is at Loveland Valley Lodge, which has a Silver Plume address, whereas Loveland Ski Area (the ski resort the lodge is a part of) has a Dillon address. The lodge is nearly equidistant from both cities.
