Where It All Began: Nicholls State University Nicholls State University holds a very special place in our hearts—it’s where our story started! We are both proud graduates; Daniel earned his Culinary degree here, and Ally received her degree in Psychology. The campus is a stunning mix of historic charm and modern architecture, featuring a beautiful courtyard right in the center of it all. If you have some free time this weekend, take a scenic drive or a quick walk around the grounds to see where we spent the early days of our relationship!

A Local Legend: Rouses If you really want the full Daniel and Ally experience, you have to stop by the Rouses on South Acadia. Why? Because rumor has it if you head over to the flower section, you might just catch a glimpse of the groom in his "glory days" of being a Nicholls cheerleader.
